At Yass Swim Club, we welcome everyone, whether you're new to squad training or a seasoned swimmer. We believe swimming is more than just a sport – it’s a vital life skill that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. From young children to school students and adults, whether you swim for fun, fitness or competition, our club offers something for everyone. We're a wonderful, supportive and fun club to be a part of, where members not only improve their swimming but also form lasting friendships. Membership for the
2024-2025 Season
Joining Yass Swim Club includes an annual membership from 01 October to 30 September each year. For the 2024-2025 season, the Yass Swimming Pool will be open from 31 October 2024 to 24 March 2025, offering plenty of opportunities for members to enjoy swimming, training and community events throughout the season. SISA Carnivals
SISA CARNIVALS (save the dates)
Yass falls into the Southern Inland Swimming Association (SISA) region. Each carnival contributes to point scores for YSC, as well as giving our competitors excellent experience.
Our target meets for this season;
~ Sunday 24th November – Cootamundra
~ Sunday 1st December - Gundagai
~ Sunday 15th December – Yass
~ Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd February – SISA Championships & Speedo Sprints at Young
~ Sunday 9th February – Junee
~ Sunday 23d February – Temora
Squad & Training
YSC will be offering training at the Yass Pool 3 days per week during November and December
(Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays) & 4 days per week from January to March (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays). More information will be shared on our Facebook Page in coming weeks.
